The vendor shall fill in the application completely furnishing all the information required. Additional sheets wherever required for furnishing the information may be used. The application form is common for all equipment and services including EPC contractors and the vendor shall understand the context under which a particular information is sought and furnish the same.

All the attachments required in the application shall be furnished for processing the application.

The vendor shall furnish all the information required for clearly understanding the nature of his business, capabilities, experience on similar jobs etc. During the processing of the application, inspection of the facilities, works, installations etc., shall be carried out if necessary.

Wherever required the vendor shall furnish the data in separate sheets as 'Annexures'.

All the information furnished shall be in the English Language.

Separate application shall be submitted for each of the equipment listed (in reference code) under the classification in the vendor list. A scrutiny fee will be payable depending upon the product or the system. On receiving the application, the applicant will be informed of the fees payable. Only on receipt of the payment by Demand Draft, the application will be taken up for processing.

If any visits are to be made in connection with the processing of the application to the vendors place, then all expenses towards travel, boarding, lodging etc., will have to be reimbursed at actual.

The filled in application form should be sent in a floppy in the prescribed form along with two hard copies with annexures and brochures by post / courier addressed to "The Purchase Co-ordinator".

Avant-Garde Engineers and Consultants (P) Ltd., reserves the right to enlist or reject the vendors application without assigning any reasons thereof.

The approved list of vendors will vary from project to project mainly depending on the client's preferences and project specific pre-qualification criteria. Hence the enlistment does not entail the vendor to receive automatically the enquiries generated by Avant-Garde Engineers and Consultants (P) Ltd.

The approved vendor will be listed in the web site under appropriate classification and no separate communication will be sent / entertained in this matter.

The registration will be valid for a period of 12 calendar months from the date of enlistment. During this period, Avant-Garde reserves the right to remove the name of the vendor, if found necessary, based on its operating experience with the particular vendor without assigning any reason or notice.
