SUGAR PLANTS,DISTILLERY AND ETHANOL PROJECTS

Avant-Garde have entered into sugar plant consultancy which includes the sugar plant, the cogeneration plant and the ethanol plant due to the customer demands. The following are the consultancy orders which Avant-Garde is executing for the sugar factories which includes distillery also.
- Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Sugars Pvt Ltd., Tamil Nadu (3500 TCD sugar plant, 23 MW cogeneration plant, 60 KLPD multi product distillery with SLOP firing system for the effluent from distillery). The project is slated for commissioning by November 2009 including the distillery and SLOP firing.
- Hemarus Technologies Ltd., Maharashtra (3500 TCD sugar plant, 20 MW cogeneration plant with 30 KLPD multi product distillery with bio composting system for the effluent from distillery. However, the capacity of the distillery is revised to 50 KLPD with SLOP firing system for the distillery during our last review meeting). The project is slated for commissioning by October 2009 including the distillery and SLOP firing.
- Dharani Sugars and Chemicals Ltd., Tamil Nadu (4000 TCD sugar plant, 22 MW cogeneration plant with 60 KLPD multi product distillery with SLOP firing system for the effluent from distillery). The project is slated for commissioning by November 2009 including the distillery and SLOP firing. Avant-Garde scope in this project is for the preparation of DPR for the complex including the distillery and finalization of detailed engineering is in progress.
- Sunil Hi-Tech Engineers Ltd., Maharashtra (6000 TCD sugar plant, 30 MW cogeneration plant with 2 x 60 KLPD multi product distillery with SLOP firing system for the effluent from distillery). The project is slated for commissioning by
October 2009 including the distillery and SLOP firing. Avant-Garde scope in this project is for the preparation of DPR for the complex including the distillery and detailed engineering for the sugar plant and cogeneration plant.
